CSNE & WayFinders!

We had a full on staff development day yesterday with WayFinders! Way Finders works to strengthen housing stability and economic mobility, and to build thriving neighborhoods in communities throughout Western Massachusetts. Our full day included using the DISC assessment to better understand behavioral styles in the workplace and the some high performance team building in the afternoon! Was a great day of fun & learning!
