Cornerstones Northeast Team Building offers a variety of community building & leadership style programs designed to:
- Promote social emotional learning competencies
- Develop individual & shared leadership
- Support an inclusive & safe school environment
These activities can be facilitated in any size space with simple materials. They can be adapted to all ages, settings, and abilities.
SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING
Since 2000 our goal at CSNE is to customize high-quality team building experience is to build a deep sense of trust and community that facilitates new key learning and forward-thinking best practices.
There is a growing body of strong evidence that the impact of a positive transition has both short and long-term benefits to the building of a supportive school culture and development of positive self-esteem in students.
Our program design strives to create those high impact programs that promote the building of socially and emotionally aware students, as well as aim to strengthen individual and shared leadership development.

Our programs can be one day experience to multi day approaches to developing the student culture.
All programming adheres to the challenge by choice philosophy which means we never force any participant to do anything they feel compromises their safety (physically or emotionally).
The intention behind all our team building and development programming is to create a high energy opportunity for learning and growth that is always respectful and inclusive of everyone.
*Off-site leadership development experiences at local challenge courses are also available upon request!
